Hi,
I have a requirement that certain users would like to view the read only form at any stage of the workflow ie even if the task is assigned to some other user they should be able to view the form.
So I wanted to know if there is a way to create a view form for specific group of users who can view the data on the form .

please refer to the following KB article for help. I think it is what you are looking for http://help.k2.com/en/kb001316.aspx this is to set state view. You can do a workflow to set certain groups/roles to view certain states/views of the form. E.g. A user submitting application cannot see the Manager's actions to Deny or Approve a user's application, as the manager cannot edit the user's information that he/she put on the form prior to submitting it .
