Process schedules from Management Portal


Hi,

I am trying to use the Process schedules from management portal to trigger my workflow. So, when i schedule it to run, it runs perfectly and showed it as success but i dont see it is starting any new instance. What i could be missing in here?

Got the issue. The user doesnot have rights to start the process.

But in this case, it should show as error instead of success, anyways.

A scheduled workflow will be started as the K2 service account. Please ensure that the account is granted Start permission under the process rights.

Worked for me as well, my question here is :

 

The K2 service account has default "Admin" rights from Process Right window. Isnt this right enough to begin a workflow?
