Task Redirected - Not showing in Task List

I have a task which was assigned to a USER1.

The administrator then redirected the task to USER2.

The task has not shown up in the task list of USER2

If I look in "Worklists" under the K2 Management section for the workspace, and search for Destination contains "USER2", I can find the task, and the Destination is correct with the username of USER2

Can anyone help me out here - this task just seems to have disappeared, and I'm not sure how to get it back???

I am using blackpearl release 803

This is a known issue with 803.  We will have to wait for a fix as there are currently no workarounds.

Hi David, thanks very much for getting back to me.

I was hoping for a workaround, but guess I will just have to wait. Hopefully doesn't take too long - this is having quite an impact on our system!

Do you know if the same thing happens if you delegate a task, rather than redirect it?
