How to Remove duplicate and disabled users from License management

Hi,

 

I want to remove the duplicate and disabled users from License management.

Due to these additional users my license user count is exceeding the limit.

kindly suggest me any solution.

Hello Hemant,

 

Take some time to look at the following document ( http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/userguide/4.7/default.htm#6.administer/k2forsp2010/process_portals/pp_license_mang.htm ). It provides you with all the information regarding license management, including where to perform the desired changes and how.

 

After you have read the document, and you want to perform the changes(delete/remove users from license management), open K2 Management > Click licenses > Under USERS on the right hand pane, Click to select the desired user > And then Click "Remove".

 

Refer to the attachment to see the K2 Managent interface, and the "Licenses" option.
