I use Visual Studio 2017 now i want to start with the K2 Extensions And i dont have an idea of where to start. What do i have to install on My visual studio in order to have this work

Perhaps 'Visual Studio Project templates' is what you have to install? I'm not quite sure but perhaps this article linked below may help you achieve your goal:

Can you specify more details what exactly your  trying to do. Are you on k2 4.7 or k2 5 + version?
