This mentioned in the user guide:

K2 System SmartObjects cannot be published to the SmartObject OData API.

Are SmartObjects under Workflow Reports/Workflow Analytics considered "K2 System SmartObjects"?

It has a system of:  com_K2_System_Reports_SmartObject_AnalyticsActivityInstanceDestination

Hi PYao,

Workflow Analytics are system generated smartobjects and can be published.

I believe the document is referring to any smartobjec that falls under the system category. you will be able to add them to the list of Odata SmO's but they won't show up

Good day PYao

A very simple way to test it is to right click on the smart object and select properties. If you then look at the "Created By" tag, if it is a system object the creator will be system(see screenshots below).

So to conclude, the system objects not usable is system objects created by K2 that does not hold relation with reporting. This is System Objects not applicable for reporting and they will also not show up in the "choose smart object or folder" window.

Hope this helps.
