Hello to all

I come with a request which does not seem clear to me.
Currently we work with K2 5.2 FP30 and Exchange OnPrem. This works perfectly and stable.

Now our management wants to migrate to ExchangeOnline and I want to make sure that I don't miss anything.
Currently, the names of Exchange servers or their DNS names are in the environment variables and the connections work.
The SMTP sending of emails is handled internally, does this have anything to do with ExhcangeOnline as long as an internal server takes over the SMTP task?
Or do I have to change the complete installation to ExchangeOnline?

Just as a hint, we do not have SMO for Exchange in use. Only mail notification.
I hope you understand my question.

Greetings
Stefan

Hello everybody

Here is my solution if this should be interesting for others:

I have made the necessary adjustments with the ConnectionStringEditor.exe
I had to make sure that the username under which the communication takes place is correct (UPN) and that the mailbox is activated in Exchange-Online and a license is assigned.

So the sending of mails from Exchange-Online worked again.

Greetings
Stefan
