K2 Worklow Api giving Error.

Hello Friends,

 

When i'm accessing K2 Workflow Api for a particular workflow i'm seeing below error message.  However when i'm accessing other workflow i'm able to see the results.  I'm unable to figure out what's the issue with this particular workflow. Also this workflow is deployed and running with out any errors.

 

Could any one please help.

Does the specified workflow has the looping step?


Are you Calling a K2 workflow from MS Flow (Start Workflow (Preview) step)?


If the above is the case from the issue,please log a support ticket.


 


Could you also try to remove a carriage return and Line feed,see how it behaves(https://k2recipes.wordpress.com/2017/05/30/how-to-remove-carriage-return-and-line-feed-using-inline-function/)

Thanks for the information.

 

As you suspected, specfied workflow has looping step. Also i wanted to call this workflow from Microsoft flow.

Currently we wont be able to raise a support ticket as we have some renewal issues due to bad Vendor.  Is this some thing related to License? Becuase we are unable to setup OAuth as well to create custom connector in microsoft flow and use it  to trigger K2.

At the moment I'm not certain as our record shows an on-going investigation, however i personally don't think is licence issue(not-conclusive),it might be a possibilty of a bug...which i believe it can be logged accordingly to support.


 


As for OAth setup try the latest CU,repair and/or confiugure-update that will also depend on the version of your k2.
