How to use HTML format in reminder email configurations in K2 Five workflows? As of now I only see a plain text canvas to write email content, there is no option for HTML.

I think you can achieve this by placing the HTML content in the workflow variables, see below. We also have a feature request submitted in ideas.k2.com, please vote for the following idea (https://ideas.k2.com/ideas/APIT-I-701)
1. Placing HTML content in the workflow variable.
2. When the email remainder sends out, it should look something like this.
