Unable to start K2 Server Service
Diagnoses
The Configuration Analysis indicates:
The service K2 blackpearl Server can not be started. It may be disabled, the service account credentials are incorrect, the service account does not have logon as a service rights, a service may have failed to start or there may be a conflicting configuration in another service.
When attempting to start the service, the following error is logged:
Windows could not start the K2 blackpearl Server service on Local Computer.
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified.
Starting the server in console mode is successful.
Resolution
Ran the K2 Blackpearl Setup Manager and performed a "Repair" to resolve this issue.
