Receive the following error on a process I've migrated to development environment:

Resolution
This is a SharePoint limitation/error that is bubbled up on the "Restrict Access Action" event.

After increasing the list view threshold, we were able to retry the error and it executed successfully
Navigate to Central Administration. You can get to it by going to the SharePoint server and searching for “Central Administration” under the start menu. Go to Application Management andgt Manage Web Application and click on your web application to select it. In the Ribbon, click on General Settings drop down and choose “Resource Throttling”. In the “List View Threshold”, increase the value by 2 fold and click OK. Check the list now. Keep increasing the threshold if the error persists.
