When moving licenses from one RPA Central machine to another, users sometimes may receive the following error message on the new machine: "Unable to activate the license for that product key, Please check that your license has not expired or been activated on another machine"
Instructions
Perform the following steps:
1. Login to RPA Central on the original machine it was installed on.
2. Deactivate the license key within RPA Central (***important to note, this must be done on the machine RPA Central was originally installed on)

2. Deactivate the license key within RPA Central (***important to note, this must be done on the machine RPA Central was originally installed on)
Go to Settings>>License and Subscription. Click the ellipsis on the right and deactivate.
3. Return to new RPA machine/server where licenses will be housed and input license key.
4. Continue through activation (may take a few minutes).
5. Once the SSL certificate is verified and the webpage refreshes you should be good to go.
6. Close out RPA Central.
7. Re-open to verify it's working.
If you've gone back and deactivated your key on your original RPA Central machine and the above error message mentioned above continues, please contact support.
