Symptoms
Some style changes to a view were applied that broke my form. Finished and checked view in. Attempted to open form to view changes and received the Object reference not set error.
I can't debug the form because it never loads enough to create a log file. The Host Server log (set for ALL messages) has nothing - it just fails.
Diagnoses
This issue is usually related to a initialize rule which has a missing value. I tracked the issue down to a Conditional Style for a control.
Resolution
The conditional style did not have a condition, so the form was erroring out. Once we added a condition, the issue was resolved.
