I need to auto Populate Form Controls based an Employee's ID. I currently have this setup using the lookup function and it works great!

However, rather than having a user select their Employee ID from a dropdown, I would like them to have to type in their Employee ID in a text box, then have other form control auto population based on what the Employee typed in a text box.
