How can I change the display name for the e-mail event? When an email is sent to a destination of a task the from address picks up the Exchange display name (which is what I want). However in a basic e-mail event, the from address is the displayed instead of the Exchange display name for the K2 service account. How can I get it to use the same display name?

I'm going to answer my own question...
Create a data field as a string.
Enter in the format Display <email address> with the email address inside the <>.
Use the data field as the from address for the email events. The email event wizard won't allow you to just put Display <email address> in the from field because it doesn't think it's a valid email. But it will take the data field.
