Is there a way to use SmartActions task emails such that a user can reply to the email with both an action keyword indicating his/her decision and a comment? I'd like to retrieve the comment in the activity event code (Visual Studio) and write it out to a SmartObject before proceding to the next (sequential) approver.
Unfortunately, there is currently no functionality in SmartActions that allows you to gather comments. I believe this has been previously logged as a feature request, but it is always a good idea to log a new feature request, as that factors in to which features get included at which point in the product.
