I'm looking for a tutorial that will walk me through creating a K2 Visual Studio workflow that will add or remove Group or Users to a SharePoint List. I really need help just getting started.

Thank you all so much, you really helped me. Now my direction has changed, instead of adding Users to a SharePoint list I will need to add a user/group to AD and an Oracle database. Any suggestions?
