Thru a Configure Action - Update Item I am updating a URL field, but in some cases the URL's are quite lengthy.  Is there a way I can update the URL (Web Address) and the Description within the Nintex WF.  Obviously I can do this manually so I assume there is a way to do it in a WF, but I am unable to figure out the solution.

Example of what I want

URL:http//albertshotpizza/vancouver/downton/lisa/receipts

Description:Lisa Receipts

What happens in the WF

URL:http//albertshotpizza/vancouver/downton/lisa/receipts

Description:http//albertshotpizza/vancouver/downton/lisa/receipts

Hi David.  I'm assuming that you are wanting to update a list column that is type "Hyperlink". Let me know if that's not the case.

To update a SharePoint hyperlink list column, use the following format:

URL, Description

** Make sure you have a space between the two entries.

You can enter the value directly into the Nintex Workflow "Set field value" or "Update item" actions to update a SharePoint hyperlink field.  You could also use a "Build string" action to store the value in a workflow variable and use that variable to update the field.

I guess this is not the case for Office 365, because is not working for me.

Use a semicolon for the separator in O365
URL; Description

This worked like a champ, I am even able to update the URL and description of the Workflow Status column (that gets added when you publish a WF). Simon, you saved my day!
