Hi,

Does anyone have any guidelines or suggestions for backing up and restoring a K2 Server - I can't find anything in the documentation.

I know that we could use SQL Server backups for the datbases and make copies of the solution (*.ksn), project (*.kpj) and process (*.kpr) files.

This leaves me with the following questions:
*Is this the only approach? If not, what other approaches are there? What is the recommended approach?
*Is this the definitive list of files? If not, what else should be backed up? How should the additional files be handled?
*Are 3rd party backup agents supported (e.g. Veritas)? If so, which ones? Is any particular agent recommended?
*How is restoring a K2 server handled?

Ideally, I'm looking for white paper(s) or best practice(s) statements detailing disaster recovery and prevention for a K2 server...
