Can any one provide me a list of all the out of the box reports that comes with K2 blackpearl.. if possible with screen shots

Open Workspace and on the left you should see the OOTB reports:
Activity Statistics
Process information
Process Overview
Process Statistics
User Performance
Also for each deployed process there will be Process Reporting SmartObjects created. These can be accessed via the Report designer in workspace.

K2 Learning has a very nice Quick Reference Sheet explaining each report and what it reports on.
Contact your local K2 representative to get you a copy. They can request it from K2 Learning and make it available to you in PDF format.
