Hello,I have a Workflow where I’m filtering on a Table (SmartObject) and I want to return records with an empty column A (i.e. inactive date is null).There is no IS NULL option when done in K2 Designer Workflow.I tried Filter Name = Empty String (from the Text expression section) but this did not work.Leaving blank does not work Using Empty String from Text functions does not work Using an Empty Variable does not work Adding the Empty String to the Variable does not workHow do I pass a null value in the filter?Thanks
Hi there,I need to be able to have a a reusable workflow to Auto Number the [Title] field or other selected field based on other fields.The number must be 3 digits i.e. 001. (to 999 max)Example AB-[Year]-[Type]-001Where the combinations of year and type is different the number will reset to 001 (year change).This will be activated on new forms with the option to be included on edit form.Has anyone done this? Can provide support? Might be able to purchase this solution/support if reasonable?Any ideas/pointers please thanks.
Is Nintex workflow product version: 5.2.5.0 compatible with SharePoint 2019 environment?We recently installed the latest version of Nintex Workflow 2019 on our test environment SharePoint 2019. Everything else works fine, we've tested a form & workflow and was successful. However, when we try to preview the running workflow to see its workflow progress we only can see half of the workflow and not everything. Like its in a preview modeHow can I be able to view the entire visual presentation of the running workflow?

I have come across the below article when researching how to upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6:This is not contained within any of the release notes for this version. Is it something I still need to be concerned about?In the release notes, it mentions that the .1 version of the installer...“Fixed the bug relating to the K2 Configuration Service not able to connect to SQL when a SQL Alias was configured on the SQL Server.”Does anyone know if this fix is referring to the issue mentioned in the article? There is no KB given and the article above doesn’t mention anything about aliases. Thanks in advance.

Hi all,Please i need a solution on how to validate some data on my excel sheet which i am uploading to a smartobject using excel export service.on the excel sheet i have a colunm Barcode, Name, AssetType, SerialNo etc which i am uploading but i want to use the barcode on tjhe excel sheet for validate whereby if the barcode exist on the smartobject the system wont upload that row or colunm on the smartobject.Thank is advance.
I have created a hyperlink field in the sharepoint document library and updated the hyperlink field manually. After updating the hyperlink field i just published and approved the document. In this case before approval and after approval i don't face any issue with broken links.Coming to the nintex where the sharepoint document library hyperlink field updating via nintex. After updating the hyperlink field i am able to open the link without any issue and sometime when i publish and approve the document i am not able to open hyperlink and getting page not found error.May i know what could be the reason and why its behaving in such a way?Is there any way to frame the sp Hyperlink field via Nintex?Its bit urgent. Could you please help me to resolve this issue :)
we have configured K2SQL authentication and enabled all the Pre-requisite and however when we try to login using K2SQL then getting below error. Claim mapping configuration cannot be found for this claim. Claim information: Name='XXX', Issuer='FormsSTS', Original Issuer='FormsSTS'. Please ensure that you have configured the K2 server as specified in K2 Help: Installation and Configuration > Configuration > SharePoint > Claims-based Authentication.

Is it possible to disable or hide the “Edit” option when you click to go into the form after a user submits?I want to make sure no one is able to edit the form after it has been submitted. If there is any other way to handle it please share! Thanks!
Hi,We are planning to upgrade Project Server 2013 to Project Server 2016.We are using Nintex workflow for SharePoint 2013 and Project Server 2013 and we need to upgrade it also to 2016.We are looking to continue using Nintex workflows in SharePoint 2016. As Nintex workflow actions are not available for Project Server 2016.What is the alternate option we’ve achieve the functionality in Nintex 2016 that was available in Nintex 2013 for Project Server actions like Read Project Property, Set Project Stage etc.
Hello - I created the Documents Repository and stored documents (PDF, Word, Excel) in SharePoint Document library on Premises. The document approval workflow completed with SharePoint columns as Document status = Final and Approval Status = Approved. If I would like to modify a document once it already approved and initiate the approval workflow again. How can I do it? Please advise. I’m appreciated your help.
We have a rest API that return list of serialized items. if We excute the method in the smart object in Smart obejct Tester the data returned correctly,excute the method in SmartObject Testeralso if we test the smartobject in K2 management it run smothly and return data. testing the samrtobject from K2 Managmentwhile if we add the smartObject in a workflow with a method desrialize, it retrun no datai create a refernce to get the data from the samrt object, and another smart object to add recode in K2 database with the retrieved data no data appear in the K2 table, means no data was returned from the deserialise method

Has anyone else found embedding promapp content using the Iframe element on SharePoint takes ages to load?I’ve seen it take 20 seconds, some times around 30 seconds to display the content on the page.Is anyone else embedding process content on Sharepoint pages or have you attempted this and found the user experience isn’t great and resort to linking to processes?We’re seeing issues on pages with 3-4 elements embeded on the page, it feels like our expectations are way ahead of the system’s functionality.I’ve submitted trace logs to Nintex (Case number 00542486 if anyone is interested) and the local IT department but none have been able to explain why its taking so long.Keen to know if anyone else is attempting this and if they have any comments (good or bad!) before we decide to remove the processes from the pages!Thanks,Eddie

I had been creating a weekly report from the standards reports which would allow me to get a count of all processes that have associated timeframes populated. A few weeks ago the report option disappeared from Useful Reports.
I have a large form separated by panels with validations in each. I have a rule for validation based on selection in a choice control (Full or Modified). This is working to stop the validation in the panels when they are not required but how do i get the validation to occur when submitting the panels that are required? Hi Folks,Can anyone tell me if it is possible to modify the task form on a To-Do task? I do not use them often and while helping some colleagues (@bickela and @lowecm) with a workflow and just noticed for the first time that there is no “Edit Task Form” button in the ribbon of the to-do task like there is in the flexi-task.
