I have a NWC workflow that we use for job applications. We allow users to attach resumes with their applications. Somehow, some applicants are uploading resumes with characters that are not valid in OneDrive, causing the process to crash when saving the resume. It is usually a PDF with a colon “:” in the file name.Is there a way to either rename the file before saving, or some form of validation to prevent uploading files with a : in the file name?
My workflow begins on a start form where a manager can enter several employees into a people field. The workflow then sends them an invite to complete an assessment, which is then stored on a list.Each person can have only one entry on the list.We then want to loop through the invited employees, querying the assessment list to see if their entry exists and send them a reminder if they haven’t completed the assessment.But I run into a few problems: 1. The Query List function only allows you to check the Azure ID # of people fields.The Start form stores the people field information as Full Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, ID, and Source. However, because the people field allows for multiple entries, the ID seems to be the item’s ID in the collection and NOT it’s ID in Azure. Lastly, I can’t insert any of the individual variables associated with that person in the Condition Builder. I have created a form which will then generate a document later in the process.Within the document (a customer report) I would like to include graphs which represent the data the customer input into the form at the beginning. I have tried the standard insert graph in word (in my case a pie chart) and used the document tagger to input the field information from the form into the excel data for the graph in word but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any ideas please?
What is the best way to navigate from Viewing an Item in Edit Mode to The Approval Form without using the back button? Scenario: On my approval page and give user a link to view item. However, I want them to navigate back to the approval page after viewing/Editing item.

The Nintex Subscription Usage Report available via on-premises SharePoint Central Administration > NINTEX > LIcensing is displaying and double-counting a couple of workflows. I’ve checked it over the past few days and it is not correcting itself. Is there anything I can do to force it to re-do its inventory? We are licensed for 10 Production Workflows and it thinks that is what we have, but the true count is only 8 because it’s double-counting 2 workflows. It shows the same metadata values in the repeats (Workflow name, Site relative URL, Production/Development, Billable Actions, and Total Actions), so it’s not as if I can go anywhere to delete the “extra” workflows...

On the new responsive design, we started getting the error Unable to Save - Object reference not set to an instance of an object since last friday ( 09 December 2022).We tried creating a new task list for the new workflow and the error is resolved.However. we have many workflows already running which are using the “Workflow Tasks” list and it seems that the existing tasks too started failing upon submission with same error.What is the root cause of the error and what can be done to fix the existing inprogress workflows?
I’m using Nintex for Sharepoint 2019 on prem and I’m trying to send a POST request to Graph API to send an email.The flow is as follows:A GET request to Graph with ClientID and SecretID to get a token back. This part is working fine.Then you’re supposed to send the token as the Authentication header when sending the next GET/POST request depending on what you want to do. In my case, I’m sending a POST request to the /sendMail endpoint.I know the token I’m getting is good because I can successfully make the POST request via Postman and I get a 202 response and the email sends out. But whenever I try to replicate the same exact request from the workflow, I get the following error: code":"InvalidAuthenticationToken","message":"CompactToken parsing failed with error code: 80049244This usually means the format of the token is wrong, or that the token is not the correct one for what the request is asking (but I already know this is not the case since it works via Postman).The header is suppo

Dear all, Recently some workflows throw an error while executing an "Query XML” on an InfoPath form. The full Workflow comment is:Error processing XML. I just want to us the LongDate format but it seems to be the only option for Today not in the tagger. Looking for either someway to update the tagger options or just type in the format. Thanks in advance for any help. Ben
K2 5.6 FP21.Created a stage and assigned K2 Role as recipient.Created workitem then redirected one to an individual user.K2 Admin, Task List of the workitem I see the K2 Role shown in the destination in addition to the individual.SmartObject Workflow Reports/Workflow General/Activity Instance Destination only shows the individual and not the K2 Role.If recipient is an AD group then it would show up in SmO.Is this a bug for K2 Five for K2 Role not showing up in SmO?Compared to an old process via VS2015, I do see K2 Roles show up in Activity Instance Destination SmO.

Hi, have anyone got advise on how to create a MS Teams Calendar event based on a MS Exchange calendar item created by a Nintex workflow? I managed to create a workflow that create creates a MS Exchange calendar entry based on fields a user submits via a Nintex form but I don't see a way to also provide the users who cannot physically attend, a link to a teams meeting?

Hello, I created two Nintex workflows for a SharePoint List. The first workflow is set up to insert the SharePoint List data into a SQL table and the second one is an update workflow to reflect any updates made in the SharePoint list to be reflected in the SQL table. I stared off by creating the first workflow to have a new record made in the SharePoint list be added to a SQL table. That was successful. I then created the second workflow to have any updates made on the SharePoint List to be updated to the SQL table as well. The update workflow was successful as well however, the first workflow to insert the SharePoint list records to SQL would have the error " varchar unable to convert to int" when null values in my SharePoint List. Both workflows work properly if all the fields have at least some kind of value filled in every field of my SharePoint List but, I need it to work with or without null values as it did previously. Any suggestions/solutions would be greatly appreciated,

I have a form that has a look-up field pulling information from a list in SharePoint. One of the drop-down choices is NOT LISTED.When this is selected from this control, I would like to hide a panel an unhide another panel make some of those fields mandatory based of the look-up field choice of NOT LISTED. I am currently using a check box to accomplish. I have tried using the regular validation rules, but it seems like it doesn't read what is in the look up field.
