We are running K2 5.6i want to move our server installation to a newer OS and serveri also want to move the K2 database to newer OS and serveri also want to upgrade to 5.7what is the best practice for this?currently thinking build new server, install K2point SQL database to new servertest and make sure workingthen turn off old K2 instancerename new server to old K2 servername ( will there be problems with this?)restore K2 database to new serverrun reconfigure on new K2 server to reapply settingsanyone performed this task before, would love to hear experience

Hello,I would like to inquire about an issue I am facing. I removed a participant from the user list, but when I try to add them again, I receive a message saying that the item already exists. However, when I filter by the search bar, I cannot find it. Additionally, the participant reports that when trying to open the form, they receive a "Forbidden" message. Even after attempting to log in again, they get the same result.Thanks
Hi,Currently I'm working on a workflow and part of it is to create an item in a SharePoint 2019 list, which contains a Hyperlink column. However, I would like to add a short description text to show i.s.o. the URL. So I set the column to [Link URL], [Descrption]. With a hardcoded description text all seems fine, but as soon as I replace it with a column or variable value, the space is replaced with a non-breakable space code: [URL].%C2%A0[Title]. If I type a text in front of the description column/variable (e.g. [URL]. About [Title]), it works fine. Putting the column/variable inside a inline function does not help either. Nor 2 spaces between separtor and column/var. See attachment a screenshot. The Nintex 2019 Workflows version I currently use is: “5.2.7.0 - International”Is this a bug?Kind regards,Jean-Pierre
We are attempting to use a JSON (Swagger 2.0) file to setup a REST service broker. The service instance is setup successfully but we only see 3 Service Operations.Take one of them GET /form/v1/list - Inspecting this service operation in K2 Smart Object Explorer works as expected. We see the HTTP Response code & headers property and executing the method connects to the specified host and returns a response codeHowever, the method we really need is POST /form/v1/do-something and this does not generate a Service Operation. We attempted to navigate to the Object Type and create a smart object and when we execute the serialize method, it does the serialization but does not actually connect to the specified host. We even tried to add a operationID in the Swagger file but that did not help.Again, some Object Types do have Operations listed from the Swagger but the vast majority simply have the standard Serialize, Deserialize, etc. built-in methods. How can we get this working? How does
After a restart on the server in which the system is installed, the robot with which the processes are run is in down status, and manual entry is needed to idle it.Until it takes on missed processes.Is there an option that the robot will be connect automatically and will not wait for someone to do it?

Hello,We will be migrating all of our Nintex O365 workflows (approx 200) to NAC. We will be keeping our data stored in SharePoint and we will continue to use Nintex O365 Forms. (We will not be creating our forms in NAC). With this said, the only thing we will be able to use MyNintex for will be Task managment.We would like to create a dashboard (webpage) that will simulte MyNintex. We will use My Nintex as a model and will try to recreate all of the functionality it offers. Nintex offers an API, so we are hoping that will provide some/all of the MyNintex functionality to manage tasks such as “Delegate Task”. It appears that we will not be able to use iFrames to offer up MyNintex.We do not know if the dashboard/webpage will be in SharePoint, HTML, or some other webpage technology. We will use whatever is the best option.Has anyone created a “custom” Dashboard such as this? If so, what platform, software, or tools did you use? We may also outsource this project, so please advise

I want to ‘close’ this incident but the “close” stage is not available to me, even though I have a role that is supposed to manage the whole workflow? I’m also the Promaster in this organisation.I have configured this portfolio with dedicated ‘assigners, approvers and closers so I’m not sure whether this might be preventing me to take actions (bypassing those roles), even though I’m the portfolio manager.Can you please shed some light here?Thanks,Carlos
I faced an issue: “Access is denied. Check credentials and try again” when trying to get an email message from M365 using “Get email message DAC”.This issue happened with the latest version of Nintex RPA 23.11.1. My Nintex workflow is running as I am receiving all the output I am supposed to receive. However, I am not seeing my Nintex instance activities updated. It was running initially, and it stop updating midways.Even the subcomponent workflow that is called from the main workflow, the instance activities is not loading.

Hi,I have created a nintex form and the contains few rules and I grouped few fields as per the requirement. When I tried to fill and submit the form, submit button is not responding. I am building a workflow connected to a list filled out by a user form which requires 2 approvers and their respective comments. The user fills out the Project & Production Manager which in turn I need to send them an email requesting their approval (or not) with their comments. I have 2 columns (Project Manager Comments/Production Manager Comments) for their comments set up in the list. I have successfully set up a workflow using assign flexi task, set variable and update item for one of the approvers using some variables (see image) however how do I configure the workflow to obtain both the approvers comments so they are captured in the list under the correct columns? Both managers must provide their approval for the item to be marked as approved.

I have a workflow with Request Data action where the user will be able to attach an attachment. I need the attachment to be attached back to the Document Set where the request is being raised. Is there any way to copy an attachment from a list which is Workflow Task to a Document Set.

Why are some commands not supported at certain positions within a wizard? Is there a set of guidelines that outline what commands can’t be used at which position and for what reason? Trying to build a wizard and inserted an Advance Command to check if an UI object exists but getting the message to say its not supported at that position.
