Getting different errors like "Data type mismatch in criteria expression." and "Parameter[0]: the OleDbType Property is uninitialized: OleDbType.Empty." for trying to use Parameter Name "nll" "blnk" for Value $null$ assgined via Get Char by ASCII Code=0 and $blank$ by set value='' and also tried defining Type as Empty, VarChar, WChar, Char etc but no luck.
