to explain in more detail, i had the show messages on to see whats going on and it said as "GENERAL ERROR" and i did check all the credentials vault and also subject line which is all right.

The weird part is it fails when we initially trigger it but works fine when we re run the Trigger.

Any Suggestions/thoughts?
