I am planning to create a list workflow using Nintex that automatically sends an email notification to the responsible employee when a file needs to be updated in the document library. For this purpose, I will use the two existing columns "Responsible" with the employee's name and "Update on" with the corresponding date. Since I have no prior experience in creating workflows, I need your assistance. Can you please tell me the best approach to take?
