I saved a form as a template and imported it as the new form for a different list as the two lists were similar. However, when adding rules, the “named controls” only show the controls from the previous list and won’t update to the current list controls. How do I change this?

Hi
“Named Controls” are the name given to the controls on the form. The control names will not change when they are moved to a new list as the control would not know what column it is associated with in the new list. What you are seeing is expected behaviour.
