Basically, my workflow throws error randomly whenever Attachments are added in Task Forms.

It works completely fine without attachments.

Error Message:The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information.

We have verified the column DataType, but did not find any mismatch. I have attached the screenshot showing the step where error occurs.

This issue is impacting all the forms containing attachments in task forms. 

Any suggestion with this issue, will be greatly helpful.
