How can I load the choices subcategory when a choice is selected from option using repeating section in single line text.

For example, let's say there are 4 choices A,B,C,D and subcategory of choice A are 1,2,3,4,5 that is to be loaded from SQL. Now, when A is selected we  should show A as choice and 1 as subcategory side by side, A as choice and 2 as subcategory and so on.
