I’m having major issues with a workflow that use to previously run flawlessly. 

This workflow is supposed to send 419 individual emails to 419 individual people. I’ve noticed that once the workflow ends (after it sends 419 emails) it starts again resulting in double or triple emails being sent. The end result is a ‘Failed on Start” error.

 

Anyone have any clue as to while this would happen. Nothing has been edited

There are many reasons for this issue to happen.  If nothing has changed then the most likely reason is that there is a build up of data in the SharePoint history list or Nintex database as this is where the change will be. To get an in depth diagnoses of this issue I suggest that you contact Nintex support.
