Greetings,

I'm trying to figure out why a dropdown box is not showing for my where "Adjudication Outcome" so, I can select the type which I've already created a list in Sharepoint.  The area that I'm speaking about is across from the value dropdown.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated! Thanks 😉

I was able to solve my problem by going back into the list settings in SharePoint and changing the display choices using drop-down menu instead of the checkboxes.
