I created a Nintex Application on "Nintex App Studio". After deploying the app, I downloaded it on Android device and it worked fine. But after downloading the ios apk on Apple device, I received the below error on my mobile:

Un able to Install "My App"

This app cannot be installed because its integrity could not be verified.

Also, I noticed the below error in Nintex App Studio after clicking on App Deploy:

Note the iOS Distribution Certificates have been generated and uploaded successfully on Nintex App Studio and the status is showing as "Valid"

 

Note: The program type of my Apple account is "Apple Developer Program" 

 

Please advise what might be the issue?

Did you specify which platforms you want your app to be made available on initially i.e Android, IOS, Web etc - and tick/highlight all the available platforms when creating your app?

I already downloaded the iOS app on my iphone but I received error message.
