I am running into an issue where attachments sometimes do not open/download from the nintex form they are attached to. The issue does not occur on every form submitted, and there isn’t a particular file type that seems to be the cause. I’ve cleared my browser cache, but the issue persists. If I open the site in Incognito mode, the attachments do open. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this issue?

Do you have a load balanced environment?
I would check if the load balancer has sticky sessions or network persistance turned on.
+2Sorry for the delayed response - I do not have the ability to check on those settings. The interesting thing about this issue is that other users of this nintex form do not have the issue. It’s only occuring for me and one other user.
