The date control created in the New Responsive Designer doesn't allow the user to type in a date, they can only use the calendar control. We have a form that requires dates years back, so if the NRD is used, the user might have to click 120 times if the date required is 10 years ago. The controls in the other two designers allow it, is there any way to make it work in the NRD? Or will we have to recreate the form in one of the other designers? I couldn't find anything in the settings to change it.

As you have found it is not possible to type a date in the New Responsive form date picker at the present time.

We do not support typing in a date, however to go back 10 years, you can just click on the year in the calendar picker. Hope this is helpful.

Ah, that was not clear to me - I was looking for the traditional double chevron to change the year. This will definitely be a training issue with my users, and I know for sure that some of them greatly prefer to type in the date anyway. But at least this save us the hundreds of clicks that appeared to be the case initially. Thank you for your assistance with this.
