Limit usage form

I don’t believe that there isn’t any option to limit user usage from the form general settings tab.

Here are a few possible methods to achieve your objective.

1. Your SP Admin should be able to set or restrict users permission to the specific list. Then, only authorized users are able to use the form.

If you wanted to restrict usage by using only the form, you will need to maintain a list of authorized users (a whitelist). 

2. The New Responsive Form has the following function - “isMemberofGroup”.
   This can be used to check whether the current user is “isMemberofGroup” of a AD/SP Group, which you can use the rules to allow or disallow the form to be submitted

3. Create a new list “Valid Users” with the emails (Text-short) of valid users. Use the “Lookup” function to check whether the current user (email) exists in the “Valid Users” list
