Currently have a list with multiple users in one row in a People Picker field. I'm trying to find a way to give each person their own entry once a user submits a form. So if X,Y, and Z are submitted together, can a workflow separate them into their own entry/row?

Perhaps with a few more details.
- What do you consider to be a "row" in this case?
- A Repeating Section Row?
- A new List Item?
- A new List Item in the same list or a different one?
- A new List Item in the same list or a different one?
- Is there any information on the form that needs to be carried over into these new entries or do you just wanna make a new 'row' that is otherwise empty except for the Person Control?
I think answering these should help in determining how the workflow should be configured
