I have a date field with the below settings under Control Settings:

  • Use a regular expression: yes
  • Regular expression: < Today()
  • Regular expression error message: Date completed must occur before today

When initially creating the form, I intentionally left out the date and it caught the error - GREAT!

However, when I go back to the same instance and add the correct date that was BEFORE today’s date...the error remains on the form even with the correction.

Do you have a solution for this?  Thank you!

Again, it works when I save it with the correct dates initially - but then when I enter the wrong dates, it won’t save, but then won’t accept the corrections and still dipslays the error message.
