After the migration of our Sharepoint our nintex form is not working

We are receiving an error " Sorry, something went wrong Unable to find the default new form for list [List Name]".

I tried deleting the nintex form and republishing it after importing but the issue still persist. I have also checked the form setting and it is currently set as "Use the default SharePoint form".

Any ideas on how to fix this?
