Say I have a simple Nintex workflow approval which create a new task to myself.

When I open Nintex Mobile I cannot see that workflow task in the "Tasks" tab, admittedly this is because the Workflow Tasks content type has not been customised with Nintex Forms with a Mobile Layout, however I cannot customise it because the content type is read-only (as editable by the workflow, not within the workflow tasks list.

 

How can I make my workflows truly mobile using the app then?

Hi Francois,

I'm assuming you're using SharePoint on-prem otherwise you wouldn't see the tasks area in Nintex mobile.  This feature is coming to o365 but is not here yet.

How are you creating your task?  Are you using the flexi-task action?  If you are using this you can customise the form from within the flexi-task action itself or if you don't customise the form, the task will still appear in Nintex mobile.  Also keep in mind that Nintex mobile refreshes by default every 15 mins so you might need to force a refresh.

Now if you used the "Assign a Task" action, that's a different story - I have not seen this rendered in Nintex Mobile.

I guess you are catching up with old unanswered posts to keep up ;-) 

Sorry I should have responded myself after I got the answer: 

- since I posted under Nintex for Office 365 it was no mistake

- my question was "why is it not available / greyed out"

- I then got the answer from Nintex that this is not yet and will come later
