Issue Description

The Exchange Online Email SmartObject List method only shows the Form user Display Name and not the email address.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

  1. Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
  2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
  3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.

Considerations

A new field is now available in the Exchange Online Email SmartObject List method that will display the email address.

  • For existing Exchange Online Service Instances, you need to refresh the Service Instance to display the new "From Address" field.
  • New Exchange Online Service Instances will display the new "From Address" field.
