Issue Description
An error occurs when performing any of the following:
- When opening SmartForm links directly from Microsoft Applications such as Word.
- When opening K2 for SharePoint URLs which use SmartForms for the first time.
- When opening the Worklist Web Part for the first time.
Error Message:
The following error occurs:
“Specified Issuer could not be found. For more information see http://k2.com/BXEQPJB
More Details Please check IssuerName in the web.config and ensure that the configuration has been setup appropriately.”
Resolution
The fix is available in:
- K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 17.
- Ensure you have the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update installed. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
- Download the latest Fix Pack using the links in the table above for the version you require.
- Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
