Hi All,

 

This might be a basic question but it is not working for me.

I am using the new "update items" action in my workflow . The site Url is dynamic and I am passing it in a variable (varSiteURL) . I wanted to update the item based on the "ID" of the item which is created in the previous step of the workflow.

when I enter the complete URL (if not using the variable) , I am able to set the condition based on the "ID" .But the same is not working if I pass the site url as variable. Please help me if I am missing anything here.

Also I am able to publish the workflow with this error but the workflow instance is not created when I submit my form . I am not sure if it is because  of this update items action.

@Meena unfortunately I think you will have to open a support ticket on this issue as it appears to be a bug of some kind:/

@Meena What you need to do here first is configure the action fully and then come back and replace the URL with a variable. This is a requirement (for now) of using variables.
