Task URL in SQL table

Hi All,

I am adding my data into SQL and I want the URL of a particular task, but I am facing an issue. The URL in the Nintex email and Assignee task works fine, but when I add it into the table, I get a different string. I want to show the task URL link on the Dashboard so that when they click on the link, it takes them to Nintex. Can anyone help please.
