I have a people picker field, using Azure Active Directory, added to a Cloud form. The access settings is set to allow anyone with URL to submit. In preview mode, the people picker works fine. After publishing, and using the URL, the field says "Content failed to load." I've tried different browsers on my desktop, and keep getting same issue.
Is it because our Azure environment isn't public, so it won't show the data on a public form? That's the only thing I can think of. Any suggestions?

You cannot use a people picker on a public form, unfortunately. This is by design.
