Hi I have two questions here in regarding workflow backup and restoration.

1. If a workflow is deleted by the workflow owner, is there any way to restore it? Or is workflow restoration a feature planned for future Nintex updates?

 

2. Since Nintex doesn't seem to support exporting workflows as physical files, what is the recommended approach for backing them up?

1.
If a workflow is accidentally deleted, please get in touch with Nintex Support Immediately to see if the workflow can be restored. In most cases, it can be. 

2.
If you feel that you have to do a backup, you can subscribe to a second tenant where you can keep a copy of your workflows or keep a development copy in the same tenant.

To find out what is on the RoadMap for Nintex Automation Cloud regarding these features, please get in touch with your Nintex Account Manager, who can share what is planned.
