I have just one “Assign a task to multiple users”-Action in a NAC component workflow.

If I edit the form and want to assign a submit rule, I cannot see my Task name in the left panel of “Insert Variable”. Therefor, I cannot choose “outcome” to apply a rule to see if the user gave a reason for rejecting the task.

As soon as I add another Task, I see always the Form Name of the other Task but not the current one.

What could cause such an behaviour?

Hi @RonLevy,

You should be able to select the outcome control directly in the submit rule dropdown:

The task form variable itself wouldn’t exist until after the task is created and run so what you’re actually looking for is an evaluation against the control in the form in this case.

Hi @brent_read ,

no, there is no “Outcome” directly in the dropdown, just my fields.

That’s a bit odd.  I’d recommend reaching out to Nintex support in that case and sending them an export of the form to look at.  the outcome field should be present in the definition unless it was renamed to something else with the custom name functionality.  You might try checking on a brand new form with only the outcome control if the dropdown menu (as opposed to the insert option) contains the outcome control in the workflow as well.  It does seem like the insert option missing the outcome control in the form controls section is a bug.

Hi @brent_read ,

yes, but now solved with the solution of this issue.

So, if a translation within the form is not complete, you will not see the outcome variable in the dropdown.
