I've configured a Nintex Data Source to retrieve items from a SharePoint list for my Nintex form. However, I'm facing an issue where the fields I need are not visible in the column selection. These fields are present in my SharePoint list but are not available in Nintex. Has anyone else encountered a similar situation or can provide insights on resolving this matter? Your expertise would be highly appreciated!

 

Apologies if this is a dumb question - did you recently add the room number & location fields to the List?  Often Nintex needs to refresh before it can see them - ie: log out of NAC and log back in.


No, this list was created a long time ago. I still cannot see the room number. 

 


I have recreated the column, so now I have two columns called room number and I see the new one. The old one is using the title field that I have renamed.

I solved my problem by redoing the column.
