I’m not sure which page you’re at, but a lot of the filterable pages modify the URL after the filter has been applied. After you’ve applied your filter, are you able to copy the URL of the page and use that to re-apply all the filters?
Example
Default URL: https://yourtenant-12345.workflowcloud.com/dashboard/process/all
Filtered URL: https://yourtenant-12345.workflowcloud.com/dashboard/process/all?published=true&tags=Testing
OK, that worked so thanks for the hint. It’s not an ideal solution since I have to create and save another bookmark, but it’s better than reapplying two filter conditions each time. The real ideal solution would be the ability to name and save filtered views, just as you can do with a SharePoint list view or library view.
I agree this would be some useful functionality to add to the product. I suggest going to the Nintex Ideas site and submit this as a suggestion. It could then be voted up and possibly get on the roadmap. I would definitely vote for it!

I have submitted this as a suggestion to Nintex Ideas. Thanks for the feedback.
Glad to help. Please post a link here to the suggestion so myself and others can vote it up.
I don’t know if it’ll matter much, but it looks like you made the idea under Process Accelerator Gallery → Nintex Workflow Cloud
I think (I may be wrong) that this would go in the “Nintex Automation Cloud (formerly Nintex Workflow Cloud)” section… Product name changes are annoying.
The link to the idea is here: https://ideas.nintex.com/ideas/IDEA-I-5987.
I assigned it the category of Nintex Workflow Cloud. I don’t know how it wound up under Process Acceleration, nor do I know how to move it now that it’s there.
