Hi Team,

I am still quite new to using NAC and we are coming across a lot of forms going straight into spam inboxes in our organisation.
When I use the action Assign a task to multiple users, the email for a form or express approval always comes from nintex@au.workflowcloud.com. Can this email be changed in some way?

Is there another way of assigning a task like this? I have been using MS Exchange Emails to get around this for other communications and that seems fine so far. but now i have emails coming from internal and external.

Our IT team does not want to add this address to a safe senders list also. If anyone has some ideas or guidance it would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Unfotetunately not.

The main reason is that the action also support an express approval which is based on an email reply to the task notification, therefore NAC needs to be able to receive a reply to the task notification email.

It has been logged an idea but is not planned to be implemented.

Having your email system whitelist the email address is really the only solution to prevent it going into junk.
