How do I retrieve an image attachment from a form | Community

I am trying to save an image attachment from a form I made through Nintex cloud. How can I retrieve the image attachment and include it in my sharepoint list?

@Mishcatiu you will need to first extract the image from the File Upload collection and then you should be able to store it in SharePoint:
